Don't know about your particular model, but most have a flat black cover apx 2 or 3 inches square on the side of the trailer in the vicinity of the tank drain. The cover will come off by pushing upwards.

It's on the trailer frame under the kitchen slide. We have the 380th also. I'd like to modify it so it has more resistance to dumping most of the fresh tank on the highway.

My vent is on the rear next to the 50 amp receptacle.

so I crawled under the unit and directly above the tank drain valve on the frame is the vent, the directions for sanitizing say it is at the back on the roadside wall. little hard to add liquid that way but I've got a hand pump

I calculated that we need a cup of bleach for 60gallons. I used a funnel and added it to the fresh hose before filling the tanks. Much easier that way. Make sure the fresh hose is empty, or at least has room for a cup.

On my 3761FL it is near the front as my FW tank is way up there.
