Lights in living area

The 4 lights that are around the ceiling fan won’t turn on. Do they come on either switch that turns the ceiling fan on? They were working when I bought the camper. Can’t figure out how to turn them on. I tried the switch on each one and tried new bulbs. Where is the fuse panel if there is one.

There is a switch on the very back side wall on the passenger side, doesn’t seem to control anything!

I found the fuse panel, now to check them all. No breakers were tripped. That’s a good thing!

Back switch controls the 4 lights, fuse was loose.
