DW and I watched it “set” to the northwest of our house early Sunday morning. Spectacular! Seemed to go really fast also. We take the dogs out every morning for a walk around the yard just before sunrise and there it was coming down into the trees.
It is called a “snow moon” in February. Found this quote thru a google search...
”February's full snow moon is the first (sort of) supermoon of 2020. The moon comes up over the horizon at dusk in the east. Tonight's full moon, the full snow moon, is the first of 2020's four supermoons.”
