How to switch Electric fireplace back to F

Hi, I want my fireplace set to F but don't have/can't find a manual. Just a manufacturer name would help. RV is a 2018 3811MS.
I have tried holding down every button for up to 10 secs, removing battery, trip breaker, nothing, it stays in C.

Trekwood shows those for 2018 to be Twin Star brand. Not sure the link below is the exact model you have, but it says to change from C to F, you hold the HEATER button on the control panel for 3 seconds to make the change.

Thanks for the effort, but that is not ours, AND I have managed to change to F but not sure what button caused it and I am pretty sure I tried them all before.
The reason for this was to give finer temperature control, 180F degrees vs 100C degrees, BUT the idiots only allow 2F degree changes so I am actually worse off, now I have 90F vs 100C. My truck does .5 C degree adjustments so it is better than F, it's just a chip that might cost $0.01. Thanks again.

0 degrees "C" = 32 degrees "F" is the temperature water freezes.

100 degrees "C" = 212 degrees "F" is the temperature water boils.

Different front panel, and I don't have a 'heater' button unless that is whaty they call the on/off button, it's always a heater.

Excellent, that is correct. 180 degrees (212-32) between boiling and freezing in the Fahrenheit scale, but only 100 in Celsius(100-0) making F more precise unless you use fractions. These fireplace jokers went the other way, the F setting only allows 68, 70, 72 etc. So basically slightly worse than C (90 vs 100)

I don't think the thermostats in these fireplaces are accurate enough to make a difference for 1 or2 degrees. Just try one, say 68 and see how that feels and go from there.

We use ours constantly as we winter in the south and need some heat but don't often require the furnace. We also keep the heat pump set all the time unless the temp drops below 40.
