Yes. If you have an outside shower (like one of those quick connect blue coiled hoses.)
Attach the blue coiled hose to the fill port for your fresh water tank. Flip the valve to "fill". Turn on the shower knob (hot or cold, does not matter).
Hook up your winterizing hose, and start the winterizing process. (This is how I sanitize my fresh water tank. I pump a strong bleach solution from a bucket into the tank. Once the bucket is empty, I then simply finish filling the fresh water tank with clean water. Adding the water will dilute the bleach in the tank. Then flip the winterizing valve back off and pump the bleach water through the rest of the lines in the camper, let it sit a few hours and then flush everything.
