Awning not level when fully extended
I have a 2020 HC 331rl and the dometic awning is not level when fully extended, one side is lower (it looks like it has pitch to one side). I am not sure how long it has been like this as I never noticed it doing this before the last week or so.
I have searched and cannot find an adjustment or solution. The awning rolls in straight, and the arms close fine.
Hopefully, someone has an idea of the adjustment or fix.

I slope mine so the water will run off in case it rains. Maybe yours was designed that way?

I do in rain as well, I just don't remember it being pitched when extended. The end that is lower is the end I usually pitch in the rain.

Look for a locking knob on the awning arm.
It may have tightened up
When you pitch your awning to one side or the other, the knob gets tightened to hold it on that angle.

Our 2020 330RL does the same thing. I presume you have the "auto dump" awning with no tightening knobs. My opinion is they are junk. It seems to me that the nitrogen shock gets weak over time, and then they sag. Not good
The concept of them is a good idea, but, I think the parts are just too weak. The ones with the knobs are superior, in my opinion. Good Luck!

You actually don’t wont it level. Like has been said before you wont water to flow off. Imagine many gallons of water up there pulling your awning off. I keep at least a food of drop on mine.

When I open the awning on my `18 the awning is not level anymore . The piston on the low side is worn out and needs to be replaced to bring it back up to level, on the list of things to do.

We had a Colorado Travel'r on our class C and it was absolutely fantastic.
Replacing all of ours with better awnings is high on my list. Putting a shade on the LR/DR slide and a Travel'r for the main awning. You can buy just the arms and use your existing awning and tube.

Apparently Keystone had changed awning styles. My 2006 and current 2013 awnings always went down away from the rig with probably 20 degree of slope. Or are you guys talking an end to end slope to get the water away from the door end?

Mine are even side to side. My complaint is the pitch. They actually slope toward the RV only partially extended and almost flat fully extended. You only get good pitch with the adjustment arms fully in. A gust of wind causes them to break loose no matter how tight you have the knobs and they must be loosened to retract. The Colorado awning is superior in every way.

I like the electric awnings for the convenience, but as you mentioned the slope and tightening knob is a drawback.

I believe there are two models; one being a low slope to allow for a slide like mine has. If I put mine out only about two feet during a thunder storm as is currently going on, it is nearly flat and when fully extended there is a low pitch.
Your photo shows you don't have a slide under your awning so you should have the steeper slope awning and it appears so in the fully extended photo. However you should not have a negative slope when partially extended.
There seems to be a stark difference in slope between the first photo and the last. Are they fully extended in both?

Make sure the one side is not adjusted differently than the other. The water will run off like that

Mine look the same. My previous RV's (not Montana) had arms that could be retracted with adjustments locked in. I never thought these arms couldn't be retracted after adjustment. Very disappointing. If they are going to be locked in for retraction they should at least have a little down angle to them (my opinion). Not to mention they are so high when extended that it's easy for the sun to angle under them. Also, when the wind picks up unexpectantly, you have to run out, unlock the adjustment on all 4 arms before retraction (may not be time for that). I love my trailer, but I'm not loving these awning arms.
