Repair manual? Guide? Etc?

I've searched online, and I can't seem to find a schematic owners manual for a 2005 Keystone Montana 2395RK.

My parents used to pull it, and it needs some work before I think it'll sell.

It sat in a storage facility for about 3 years, and someone stole the water heater out of it. There's a random Romex wire hanging under it, and it needs some cosmetic things.

I estimated around $1500 in parts. I have it listed locally for $7000.

Any help would be appreciated.

There is no manuals for Montana fifth wheels. No electrical info is given out by keystone. A good TV tech should have no problems working on the unit. Given that it was damaged by a thief, I would NOT apply any power to the unit until it has had a serious look by a tech.

As stated above, there are no electrical schematics for Montanas. But many here have figured out how most rigs are wired. Water heaters are pretty simple devices in the scheme of things. You had a gas/electric one and most likely a Suburban manufactured one.

There are several manuals for the Suburban water heater in the Files section (look in the second, thin, brown ribbon near the top of the page). Here are two that should help.
