Yes, using lists within lists is the only way I have found to indent text using Forumco code. Here is what the code looks like and then its example. I am still learning.

] asterisk puts a bullet in front of text with plain list [/*
]
no asterisk eliminates the bullet or number[/list
][list=1[b]][/b]
[*
] asterisk puts a number in front of text with list=1 [/*

Carl,
I have found the placement of the open and close list also effects the appearance with reference to vertical line spacing. If you put the list in front of text instead of in the preceding line it eliminates some of the vertical spacing. Same with the closing list.
