We are getting closer. I need a list of all the volunteers that hope to arrive before noon on the seventh. We are making plans to expedite entry for the volunteers that do arrive early so they can make their way back to the front and help with the parking. We will get swamped on the seventh and will need as many as possible. Please reply to this post with your full names and expected arrival time. I understand things happen so we're just trying to get an idea of where we stand. Thanks for your help and see you all soon.

Alta and Scott Zenonian can help. We will be arriving late afternoon 9/6 (already arranged). Alta is the social butterfly, I would be better "politely" helping those who can't back up straight or are not in the lines. We plan to have a cart.
Our 4th national, we know the procedure.
