First time posting but not a new member. I have been reading the post on this forum for a couple of years. I recently had a problem with my B&W Companion slider hitch with the slide operation. It appeared the the rollers were not rolling as the should, but rather grinding on the stainless rods and prematurely wearing them down. I have had this hitch for three years and finally contacted B&W for their suggestions and was surprised at the response. They ask me to send pictures of the problem and got back to me with we'll replace it.. All I had to do is cut the hitch in half and send them the pictures of the destroyed hitch. They sent a new hitch which was delivered within a week. I thought I would send a good response from a B&W customer service since I read a lot of bad experiences customer from various other companies. Thanks for listening.

They set me up as a dealer several years ago and sold me a hitch for 40% off, $600 shipping included.

Camping World improperly installed my B&W Companion hitch and in doing so, stripped out two of the bolts that hold the frame with the puck mounts to the upgrights.
Found it when I was trying to lower the hitch to the lowest setting and called B&W to try and order replacement parts. After sending them a picture, they sent me an entirely new hardware kit with stainless bolts, washers, and all the hardware to put the hitch together at no cost, even though it wasn't their fault.
Great company and excellent customer service.
