Hi there

I have a 3781RL 5W and we live in it full time and love, love it! We had a freak accident happen, the spinners got turned on by accident and black tank closed. It backed up into my rv for about 15 minutes. We did not know what happened until it came pouring out the bottom of the rv. What a mess!! I grabbed the shop vac, called ServPro, had my husband call Rv Complete the extended warranty company and find out what we can do. Well, I’m assuming you all know our answer to our coverage question. Yes, not covered.
My question is how do you clean the heat floor ducts? I cleaned in there as far as I couldd go. It’s a 2022 model and love my rv but I’m concerned about continuing to live in it.
Please any information you can offer on my crappy situation with insurance, cleaning, under belly.

Thank you

The screen shot below shows your convenience center. Make sure your hose is hooked up to the “CITY WATER CONNECTION” (blue arrow in the photo) for daily water use. You should only hook up to “TANK FLUSH” connection when you are draining and rinsing the tanks. I NEVER flush/rinse my tanks unless I am standing there watching and listening to the water sounds. On one of my past RVs I am guilty of getting busy trying to break camp and forgetting that I was running the tank flush. The black tank filled up and nearly overflowed until I came to my senses and turned it off. That was my lesson. This time is your lesson. It has happened to LOTS of folks!

If you are experiencing this issue and you can VERIFY that your hose is hooked up to the CITY WATER CONNECTION - then you may have a factory mistake in the plumbing. A dealer will have to correct this issue.
