Saturday Night Social Help!

Hello! We're Hannes and Anne, we are complete newbies to RVing and rallies but wanted to jump in head first and decided to coordinate the Saturday Night Social event.

The social will be held on Saturday the 11th with Keystone providing the Bobby Dunne Band to entertain us from 6-10pm. Make sure to bring your favorite beverage and a snack (hot or cold) for your own table to share.

We would love to meet as many of you as possible and what better way then to spend some time setting up tables and chairs and cleaning up afterwords together? We need quite a few volunteers to help set up/move tables and chairs at 5:30pm to create the dance floor, and cleaning up and sweeping after the event at 10pm. Who's in??

Just bring whatever you yourself want to eat. You may want to share with others at your table. There are 8 to a table.. come and enjoy the evening

Thank you to all those that have volunteered to help set up/clean up the social! We're so grateful for all of the guidance to make this event great!

We are still in need of a few people to help, especially with set up.

This is going to be a really fun event, the band is amazing and make sure to bring a snack or dessert to share with your table!

Tonight's the night! Thank you all again for volunteering to help at the social! Please plan on meeting at 5:30 in the ECCC building in the main dinning room "room A". When things wind down (between 9:30-10) let's try to meet in front of the band to organize our clean up efforts. Can't wait for tonight!
