Fresh water leak/support

We spend our winters out in AZ and when we finally got back to Michigan (Darn Covid!) noticed that I had a leak at my fresh water tank. Upon inspection I determined that the drain was leaking so I replaced with new pec and sharkbite valve. I also decided to put two more supports under the tank because the 3 straps that are there didn’t look the greatest. (Especially since they appeared to be pop riveted in place!) I bolted the strips to the cross members and added pieces of wood to prevent collapsing. My question to the more knowledgeable rv’ers is will my backyard engineering work Over am I a little “over engineered”.

What you did is sure not going to hurt anything. I went a step farther. On top of the straps, I added a piece of stainless to cover the entire bottom of the tank, along with additional support straps.
