the problem is the "sail switch".
We've called Keystone and despite the fact that the sail switch
is back ordered, they haven't done a recall on them.
The furnace works sporadically.
If we go out and jiggle the wires, it'll ignite sometimes.
This morning we awoke to 61 degrees and couldn't get it to work.
Thank God for electric fireplace and electric heaters
because it was 33 degrees and 27 degrees windchill this morning.
Another tech said he has 29 sail switches on back order and
they are all spoken for.

My rv tech came out for the 3rd time this week to fix my furnace.
First time he bent the sail switch into a different configuration.
Second time he drilled a drain hole in the bottom of my burner and removed a stink bug, and we redid the cover gasket.
This week he replaced the sail switch. He only charged me for the first visit and the sail switch he put in.
He said he's had a lot of calls on this new model furnace and mine was the first he had worked on so he kind of experimented with it. The others he said he just replaced the sail switch and hadn't had any call backs.
Before he got there this time I took the cover off and tapped on the sail switch and was able to get the furnace to fire. Tech says the only thing he can come up with is that they got a bad run of sail switches.
