Keystone will have service technicians at the fairground to perform two mechanical repair services for those who signed up on this post. The Keystone Service Management Team will contact you by cell phone to set up an appointment date and time.

No appointment dates and times will be posted on this thread.

Your name will be posted here to let you know I have received the information needed and I have placed you on the contact sheet to be sent to Keystone. This post was developed for planning purposes to get people registered.

2022 Rally Technician Visit Tips

When you sign up list only 2 mechanical items for repair.

These 2 items must be Field Repairable.

Field Repairable Items are items that can be made that do not require specialty tools or shop related equipment.

The Techs will advise you if the item is not Field Repairable and will do their best to assist you with scheduling the repair at some point after the Rally.

Because of the limited time that the Techs will be at the Fairgrounds, it is especially important that you are near by the Fairgrounds so that you do not risk missing your opportunity.

The Technicians will make every effort to reschedule you if you missed your opportunity, but if time runs out you will miss out!

Out of respect to your fellow MOC members, please list 2 field repair items only.

UPDATE:

There have been several requests for service during the Keystone Service Technician Visit that is not within the purview of the support to be provided. Below is from the Service Department Management on this issue.

"I apologize for any confusion, however the Technician visits are to be related to maintenance items, or small items that can be performed in the field. Add ons, modifications, and appliance replacements should be handled at the Dealer level."
