What type of polish to use
Ok everyone will come up with there own Ideas, but I will not use a polish that is Petroleum based as that is what is taking the deckles off. So now I need to know the brand or make to use.
Thanks in advance. Rick

I have used NuFinish for years on my boats , trailers and vehicles. Already have a coat on the Montana we purchased this month. Since a polish and not a wax, will not bring back the finish if fading or oxidation has taken place. Graphics have always held up well.

NuFinish, is a great polish and price well. Hard to beat for the money. You can get a little higher gloss out of other, higher end polishes or wax that is ice water buffed, but these are trailers, not show cars(that get stripped and waxed real often) and when looking for good finish and long lasting, try NuFinish. Dang, did that sound like a info mercial. Good part about it, you can find it everywhere and it has been on the market along time.

I have used Meguiares for decades on all of our RVs (6) and boats (4). Great line on products. The #44, 49, 50, 45, and 56, all have their individual uses. I have used it on decals and have never had a problem. The #50 removes black streaks. #44 and #49 are used for very tough areas. #50 is used in between major waxing jobs and for the ultimate job, you use a combination of all of them for the complete job. Just read the labels. Now I am selling my boat and the RV has a dealer applied poly coating so I only wax the automobiles/semi and use Meguiares for them, too.

I am also a NuFinish fan. Using it two times on my vehicles each year gives me 100% protection all year long. It has been the only thing that has been used on my Montana fivers.

Like many, I use NuFinsh on all the body but the front. I use Rejex on the front...much easier to get the bugs off.

Thanks everyone.
I guess I will go with the Nufinsh as I do have some for the car, might as well carry on and if the deckles fall off will just give me an excuse to paint a scene on the 5er. Or an advertisement for some thing.

You are correct there, I have found that 3 years ago Rejex changed their formula, to make it easier off. Not as fond of the result now. But the bugs do shed easier, just not as good as it use to be. Used it on my Corvette for years. Good stuff. Now that I have a painted cap, on the new one, might just try that combo, thanks.
